Covid transmission level climbs again
Until this week, the level for Greene County has been LOW. As of Thursday, May 19, the level increased to HIGH.
Given the current community transmission level and numbers of positive cases, Greene County Medical Center will return to universal masking for all visitors and staff effective Monday, May, 23.
The Medical Center and Family Medicine Clinic will also resume screening at the main entrances. “Thank you for your understanding as we work to keep our patients, communities and our staff healthy,” a medical center spokesperson said.
